Dangers of Trimspa There may be dangers for some who take the Trimspa weight loss pills. There are many reported side effects and may be some not yet reported. People with certain existing medical problems and/ or those taking certain medications can not safely use the Trimspa diet pills. Those who are taking MAOI antidepressant drugs should not take the Trimspa diet pills. The combination of them could cause coma, stroke, increased blood pressure, seizures, psychotic symptoms, rapid heartbeat, confusion, vomiting, headaches, or nausea. The antidepressant drugs react to foods containing tyramine (such as cocoa) and there is cocoa extract in the Trimspa pills. There is also shellfish in the Trimspa pills so those who have allergic reactions to shellfish should not take the Trimspa diet pills. Other possible side effects from the Trimspa pills are vomiting, chest pains, pain in the wrists, knees, and elbows, pain in the lower abdomen, stomach ache, heart palpitations, jitters, increase in blood glucose, insomnia, anxiety, migraines, chromium toxicity, restlessness, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing, swelling of the throat or esophagus which may cause choking if there is not enough water taken with the pills, and sensitivity to caffeine. You should discuss the use of the Trimspa diet pills with your doctor before you try it. Many people can not use the pills because of certain medical problems or they are taking certain medications which do not mix with the Trimspa diet pills. The Trimspa diet pills are losing their popularity because many people claim that they do not work. There are a few who claimed they lost a few pounds then gained them back plus some after they stopped taking the pills. Others had to stop taking the diet pills because they experienced side effects. The Trimspa company is facing lawsuits and at least one of them is a class action lawsuit. Anna Nicole Smith was the company’s spokesperson so she is named in some of the lawsuits. Anna had appeared in the Trimspa commercials and banner ad campaigns from October, 2003, until her death in February, 2007. Anna had claimed she lost 69 pounds in about 8 months while taking the Trimspa diet pills and later she made the statement that she was also taking other aids to help her lose weight while she was taking the Trimspa pills. This did not set too well with some people because they had believed in Anna Nicole and believed her when she said she lost the weight with the Trimspa pills. There is no way of knowing just how much the Trimspa pills actually helped her if she was taking other aids too. The Federal Trade Commission fined the Trimspa company $1.5 million for false advertising and making statements about their pills that they could not prove with scientific evidence. Trimspa agreed to pay the fine but claimed it was not an admission of guilt, it was to stop the investigation the FTC had ongoing for two years. All Text Copyright © dmcrecycling.com |
