Vitamin Diet Supplement Many people are taking a vitamin diet supplement of some kind. Many are taking daily multi vitamins because they contain the essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that we need on a daily basis. If the body is lacking in a certain vitamin or mineral, you can get them individually to get your body back up to par. We are not getting the vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients needed in many foods we eat so there is a need for supplements. If we take natural supplements we are getting the real thing without additives or chemicals. Liquid supplements will be absorbed into the system quicker and the body will absorb more of it than it will if taken in pill or capsule form. We can not just live on supplements and take them instead of food but they are an addition to help maintain a healthy body. If we get back to the basics and eat organically grown food without all of the pesticides, herbicides, and all of the chemicals that have been put into the processed foods, we can become much healthier. There are many farmers markets across the country that are selling nothing but organically grown fruits and vegetables, and organically grown meats. It was just recently in the news about free range chickens and their eggs being much more healthy for us than the ones grown in cages on chemically induced feeds. Farmers are beginning to graze cows on organic pastures ( those that have had no fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or any other chemicals for at least two years), and are being fed organic grains. It has been reported recently that the baby boomers’ parents and grandparents are much healthier than the baby boomers. This is believed to be due to the fact that they ate all natural foods. There were not many processed foods and no chemicals such as pesticides or herbicides used on the vegetables and fruits. There are natural sprays and powders we can use to get rid of bugs and use for fertilizers so there is no need for chemicals that are destroying us. There are vitamin diet supplements for anything that ails you and anything that doesn’t. There are preventative supplements to help keep us healthy and there are supplements that can help repair our damaged parts. There are many things that can damage our bodies and some of the foods we eat, the air we breath, and the prescription drugs and over the counter drugs are all a part of it. Many drugs damage part of the body while fixing another part, the air is full of chemicals we breath every day, and the processed foods have dangerous additives or chemicals in them that help destroy our body.
